- In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

## 4. Order acceptance
Your order is an **offer to purchase**. We accept the order only when we send an **order confirmation email** with the order number.
We reserve the right to **cancel** any order before dispatch if:
- The item is out of stock
- There's a pricing or product description error
- We suspect fraudulent activity
- The shipping address is in a non-serviceable area
In all such cases, a full refund is processed within 5 business days.

- All pieces are **92.5 sterling silver, BIS hallmarked**
- Pieces with gemstones or pearls are clearly described on the product page
- Mountings, plating, and finishes are detailed per product
- We do not claim our pieces are investment-grade. They are wearable luxury jewellery, not bullion.
